We’re dessert lovers!!!!!!!!

Frequency of Events: Every other week, three events total

List of Tentative Events

(each workshop will be working on one dessert, demo before the cooking,

detailed explanation during cooking process, recipes or tips available on my fb page. )

1. French chocolate crepe with strawberry sauce topping

Focus on chocolate sauce making and crepe making tips

2. Classic cream puff — Profiteroles

Important technique for baking profiteroles + cream whipping

3. * (still making the recipe) should be a classic gelatinased milk dessert

with fruit sauce

Costs (only for this term)

The total cost will depend on the number of people joining the events. So far, I will give a number based on 5-7 people: 20-30 dollars for one event. ( that is 5 or 6 dollars for each member)

1) A brief intro of myself:

To be honest to everyone, before she came to Canada 3 years ago, Tracy was absolutely a cooking-phobic! Hard to believe, huh?

However, I gradually developed a strong love with foods and decided to

turn the passion into a new challenge: in the summer time 2010, I attended the NWCAV — a PCTIA certified private cooking school, and got my professional culinary diploma. Now I’m enjoying cooking everyday and still believe that everyone has a great potential to making yummy foods =)

2) My mini club events

will mainly focus on those home made but chef-made look dessert that you’ve ever dreamed of doing by yourself. No matter if you are beginners or advanced food lovers, this mini club will definitely let you immerse in the love of dessert!

- chill out cooking atmosphere, a chance to make more friends.

3) Upcoming event:

For our first event, we are gonna to make a French style silky chocolate sauce that go with crepes and strawberry toppings. Absolutely temping food that you can never say no !!!!
